It's unclear exactly how many languages Jonas speaks, but he tends to pick up on things pretty quickly, and did do a lot of translating. He'd probably build a familiarity just out of basic curiosity, and he definitely memorised all the ones relevant to his work with the SGC.

However, most of them he probably speaks in a purely academic setting - particularly when it comes to Earth languages. He'd probably sound pretty slow and stilted. I'm listing these vaguely in order or familiarity, so for the latter ones he'd be familiar but struggle with a conversation.
